Hi..my K8001 is stuck...i get only white screen wen i restart the phone...please let me knw ho i can format the phone

best thing is to format your phone and memory card.....press *#7370# or *#7780# and give code 12345 or any it will restore. for formatting memory card go to memory card dont open it click on options and use format memory card option(as there is problem of data loss scan first your memory card if no virus is there dont format)

Switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone. Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show! 2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory settting.

To format phone in menu go to setting in setting security setting next restore factory setting followed by phone code will format ur phone

hey I ll try to connect my phone and see how it goes. If i could have a chat with you atleast i could send you the program I used. As I remmeber there is a way to go ahead without exiting.

Hey dude,
for it, u format ur mobile.
1) turn off the phone (aapka phone)
2) press and hold three buttons at once ( ek hi baar mein ek hi samaye mein )
- Green dial button
- * button
- 3 keybutton
and turn on ur mobile.
3) Hold all buttons until formatting screen appears.
4) After it completes (khatam hojane ke baad), restart phone.
5) Ur phone is now formatted.
6) Install any software for mp3 player ( Power Mp3 player, viking mp3 player, ultra mp3 player, etc. ).
7) Ur problem is fixed
