Go to the Jensen Website and call up their technicians they might sell you a radio harness for like $10- $20 Most retailers won sell you a harness for each radio has its own and no extra. Or you can try to find a broken similar Jensen radio and unplug its harness or go to Best Buy roadshop where they install radio's and they may have a spare jensen harness.

I have a 97 isuzu rodeo and can not find a wiring diagram that matches the wiring I have for the radio. Any ideas?

Did you buy a connector to plug the radio directly into the truck harness. You shouldn't need to know the wiring in the truck, since the aftermarket connector does the truck side for you. wire the connector into the radio then just plug it right in. The connector's wires will have words written on each on to tell you which wire it connects to on your radio. You can pick one of these plugs up from your local Walmart for under $10 in the stereo department.

LOW VOLUME FROM RIGHT CHANNEL OF STEREO 1 SIDE OF SYSTEM

It seems like the speaker jack tip needs cleaning, or the contact has become bent away from the connector and needs to be re-aligned.  The Passport is a portable system, so after years of plugging and unplugging the speaker jacks may be worn.  Try using the "Stereo 2" connectors. You can also try cleaning the jack with electrical contact cleaner, and. a cotton swab.
