Sorry no fuses that can be changed. Often it is just the power supply going on the fritz, take it in for repair, due to the cost of monitors repairs are usually very reasonable, as long as you find, a place that specializes in Monitor repair, it will be OK. Anyway you can always ask for a "Quote" and decide as to repair or replace,

Most common failure in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.

Testimonial: "Hi Yes the capacitors were bulging and leaking, I have replaced them, there appears to be reasonable voltages from the board, but is still not working"
Does the screen even flash on for a second? Can you provide me the good clear pictures of the board, component side and solder side? [email protected]
By the way, the main AC fuse (Red round body, F101, Time Delay type, 2A 250V) is on the power supply/inverter board, it is soldered on to the board. you can download free service maunal here:

If you are able to open unit, there is a main fuse close to where the AC line comes in (located on the power supply board). SMPS = switch mode power supply. If it blows replacement fuse then a tech is needed for repair.
Pls check smps power supply of circuit
