You need special screwdrivers for this job but you should take it to the professionals and have them replace the keypad for you.

My phone's key pad used to be ok except for the 3 butten,(it didn't work at all ) but now its the only thing that works. I have been told by several that all i need is another key pad. The only thing is that i don't know how to put the new one on and i have heard that it is complicated. I need help.
