mcdevito75 here, Generally you need worry about 2 buttons, the MODE and Set. First press the MODE button and hold if nesessary for 2--3 seconds, see display flashing, now press set to set each functin (hour, Minute) press MODE after each function is set to move from 1 function to the other. When done setting all functions press MODE again to see steady display. If you don"t have a MODE button look for a circular indentation in the caseing, this will be your MODE Button.
