Sounds like a blocked drain hose or a faulty pump motor..If the machine can be drained by putting the drain hose lower than the water level then the hose is not blocked and it may be the pump...Make sure the hose leaves the machine from under the tub and not high on rear of washer. Obviously water won't flow uphill..If the pump has failed a new pump motor is much cheaper than buying a whole new pump....Nomess

How do I fix my LG WF-T1391TP top loader washing machine, as water does not flush out after a wash cycle, sometimes after a rinse cycle?

sounds like the drain pump could be clogged up might wanna lay it on its backside and take the motor out and inspect it for any buildup inside of its self as this can/will damage the drain pump however if there is nothing there inside the drain pump then the pump needs replacing

Hi-i have an lg wasshing machine 5.5kg wf-t552c.wont spin outside drum-lower plastic disc in drum spins only-drains water ok.

Now you meant that the agitator shaft works but the drum does not work. So the fault seems associated with the motor drive and could be a belt failure or a drive failure.
In this case it is important that an observsation into the fault from the motor drive is important to confirm the cause as it seems mechanically related.- since all other functions works according to the cycle.

We have a hotpoint wd420 washing machine and it wont finnish a wash cycle. wont drain the water either, we do get an error code though in that the door locked light flashes as well as the reduce creases...

you have a blocked pipe - where the water is draining out. Either that or your filter is blocked.

best you open the back and take a look at the filter before calling out hotpoint - might save you 100 pound call out charge.

Washing machine won't drain

i think you can fix it , does it stops when it reaches RINSE cycle ?? if yes , your gonna open the front panel or back panel so you can see inside machine . follow the DRAIN HOSE thats attached to SMALL DRAIN PUMP MOTOR , YOU NEED TO TAKE OUT and check for anything thats blocking the impellers and causing it to stop ( pins , buttons , etc ) let me know by your smile . . . . . .
