could you provide a little bit more info about the problem? Exactly what phone is this? Are you getting a message that says package data? Could you provide a screen shot?

If it's the PIN or PUK, try to look inside the SIM card package you bought for the phone.

You can probably get a replacement from where you bought it, if it's under warranty.

if you still have package from your phone (when you buy it new) there is a small cd driver and usb cable phone connector inside. install first the phone cd driver than connect it to your PC.
If you don't have usb cable phone connector, take out the micro sd try using card reader and connect it to your pc.and you can start transfer song and picture....

If you have had a M2 in it and saved your stuff on it all you have to do is get the little card readers or whatever they are called and stick it into your computer and download away.
