I will recommend that you download and run the free Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor. It helps find issues with your computer’s hardware, devices that might affect installing Windows 7. Go to the Windows 7 Compatibility Center find direct links to drivers, updates, and downloads.

Depending on your hardware and your current edition of Windows Vista, you can use the Upgrade option during Windows 7 installation to upgrade from Windows Vista to a corresponding or higher edition of Windows 7.
Upgrading is the most convenient way to get Windows 7 on your computer, because it keeps your files, settings, and programs from Windows Vista in place.
If your current edition of Windows Vista can't be upgraded to the edition of Windows 7 that you want to use, you can still install Windows 7 by using the Custom installation option instead. However, the Custom option doesn't preserve your files, programs, or settings. For a step-by-step tutorial on how to perform a custom installation, see Upgrading from Windows Vista to Windows 7 (custom installation).
Make sure that your programs and devices will work with Windows 7 Since your computer is running Windows Vista, it meets the system requirements for Windows 7. We still recommend that you download and run the free Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor from the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor webpage on the Windows website. It helps find potential issues with your computer’s hardware, devices, or programs that might affect installing Windows 7, and gives recommendations on what to do.
Also, go to the Windows 7 Compatibility Center to see what works with Windows 7 and find direct links to drivers, updates, and downloads.

Can this model be upgraded from xp 32 bit to windows 7 64 bit with 2.5 gb of memory?

Yes you can however HP only supports Windows XP (32-Bit), Windows Vista (32 and 64 Bit) No official support for windows 7.

However Most modern PC's will run windows 7 and most drivers are available. Upgrade at your own risk.... There might be some drivers that you wont find and may cause problems with your PC.

But why upgrade to 64bit if you are not upgrading memory to 4GB+?

Please give me the motherboard GIGABYTE GA-945GZM-S2 all driver for Windows 7 (chipsets, raid networks, audio drivers. serial- ATA II)

Gigabyte hasn't made available the Windows 7 drivers for the GA-945GZM-S2 as of yet. You can try to contact them and see if they will eventually provide them:
http://tw2005.giga-byte.com/Company/ContactUs/contact_us.htm

It's possible that the Vista drivers may work, but there is no guarantee on that:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2425#dl

If you have Vista, you can install the Vista drivers, then try to upgrade to Windows 7 from Vista. Here's a tutorial that may help:

Can Extensa 4620 be upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7

Yes, you can upgrade to Microsoft Windows 7 from Vista but Acer doesn't release any driver for  Windows 7 for your Notebook.

You will be able to run Windows 7 and you will be able to install drivers which are meant for Windows Vista in Windows 7.Some of the drivers might not work mainly bluetooth or webcam.

For that, you can download "Driver genius pro" and let it update automatically from the chipset manufacturer site.

Here is the download link for "Driver Genius Pro"
http://hotfile.com/dl/9305335/2e7a110/29Genius.rar.html

Here is the link from where you can download the Vista service pack 1 driver for your Notebook.

http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/notebook/ex_4620.html

That's it.
