There are no replacement clock motors.

Improvise by setting timer to override and plug power pack into cheap plug-in timer.

How do I to turn Intermatic ML200RT on/off. Lights will not go off unless I unplug power.

You might need new trippers.
But if override will not turn lights OFF, then plug power pack into cheap wall timer.

Yes, you can replace the ML200RT with the ML300TW without a problem, and you will have an extra 100 watts for more lights if you want.

Can I buy timer time (off/on) PINS for the Malibu ML200RT timer?

I suspect the Malibu tripper wears out since they're made of plastic.
But I can't find replacements.
I searched the web for replacement Malibu trippers, but found none.

Malibulights.com does not show any replacement parts for Power Packs or timers on any page.

I bought a new 200W power pack from Home Deport last week, thinking there might be some information with the product. The new power pack no longer has the dial. It has a digital control where you push buttons.

Where you connect the electrical cord from a fount into the timer

The Malibu ML200RT is intended to operate _12_ volt AC (low voltage) lighting _only_.
Assuming your fountain pump is 120 volts, the needed set up would be to supply 120 volt circuit to an Intermatic T101 timer (or similar timer), then connect a GFCI receptacle to the load side of the timer. You could then plug your fountain pump into the now timer controlled GFCI receptacle.
You can use the same 120 volt circuit that supplies the ML200RT transformer.

Malibu ML200RT low voltage power pack is not working

First check to make sure that you do not have more watts pulling than is recommended. If this is ok then pull both the red and black plastic pin from the timer and replace them then try. If neither of these solutions work you may have a problem at power source.
