Registration number I have purchased a new computer and I want to install my print master platinum 2.0 and cannot find the registration number is there any way I can get another number or bypass that step

You will have to contact the maker of Print Master in order to verify your purchase and get a new/ your old key back. Otherwise, there is no way to verify that you actually paid for the software and simply lost the key. Today I tried installing the same software with the registration key #. It kept saying the number was not valid as well. I typed in "O"s instead of zeros. When I typed in the zeros the software allowed you to go through with the installation process.

I just installed my PrintMaster Platinum 2011 today on my Mac. Your registration key # is printed directly on the DVD. If there are any zeros in the number and you think they're "O"s, it will say it's an invalid number. I had typed in "O"s and it said that. When I typed zeros it went through to the installation process. Hope this helps!

ypu cannot use print master platinum 16 with windows 7 or for that matter vista

The install is pretty straight forward. Just start with disc one or disc labeled install cd (or similar) The manual is just guidance and not needed unless you prefer to reference to it. If you do need it you can visit the support section of the Print Master website to download a new copy.
