Enter into its "Menu" and srf through, come to "Audio" window. There you can see Audio Adj, Other adj, surround, speakers. Check the speaker status. Hilight the option "Speakers" If it is turned OFF make it ON. OK.
No,there no reset codes for personal secret codes,even the technician wouldn't able to fix this problems,might fix this problems by replacing Tuner board,but than it not worth the price of the tv,if u do that.Sorry u have to take the problems u have it with this tv.
well most of the modern tv today doesnt have vertical hold anymore.
this symptom is caused by a trouble in the IC integrated circuit or the vertical oscillator circuit. let the service guy do the job if u dont know anything about this. good luck!
