You could look on ebay, always spare parts for all different buggies on there. or you could go back to where you bought it from as they can order spares for you but would probably be more expensive.

you will find contact information to purchase a new footplate and wheel assembly. Check that you do need a wheel as well as the footplate and you may just need the footplate only (that would be about £30 ish).
Yes, all you need is a 12" inner tube which you can get from most bike stores. It would normally fit a childs bicycle but it is the same size as the Jane rear wheels. If you take the wheel with you, you might even get them to fit it.
