HL-5240 Laser Printer put extra dots that are not on my design -
like in that case, 3 dots on regulary line and if I invert on black background it will do a withe spot. It's quite impossible to work isn't it ?

Three or four repeating marks down the page means there will be a spot or smudge of toner on drum unit. Open the front hatch and remover the toner and drum assembly. Separate the toner and drum. Rotate the drum cylinder using the white gear at one end looking carefully at the surface of the cylinder as you turn it. Somewhere on the surface you will see one or more black specks. These need to be cleaned off using alcohol (preferably Iso-propanol but methylated spirit will do)on a cotton ball (or very soft cloth or tissue paper). Once you have found and cleaned off all specks you can re-assemble the toner and drum, put it back in the printer and run a test page. That should fix your problem.

Unfortunately your problem is with the fusing assembly. This is not a cheap part at all. It's available at www.precisionroller.com for around $170.00. The problem is the lower silicon roller in the fuser. If you open the back door and then the back inner door, you can view the fuser. The part your looking at is the orange roller. It will either be wrinkled, ballooned, or separating the outer clear sleeve from the inner core. The last one is a little harder to see without a flashlight or similar. If you look close, you'll see the clear silicon oil inside between the outter sleeve and orange core. If the printer is still under warranty, call Brother for a replacement fuser. I know the news is not good but, hope that helps you.

The problem lies with the black toner cartridge. This is a common problem in these machines due to poor design by Brother. Best solution is to replace the offending color toner cartridge.
