My Blackberry 7100 says JUM error 102(reset) . I want to know how to reset it.

The error is actually a JVM error. This error is most commonly caused by entering an incorrect password more than 10 times. In order to protect the sometimes sensitive information held by blackberry users the handheld wipes itself.
The critical system files need to be replaced by synching the blackberry with the desktop software. The blackberry tech site has very detailed step by step of how to follow this process.
