Multizone code for Teac PL-D3200 Here is the procedure to unlock your Teac PL-D3200 to play all zones of DVD's. 
Using your remote control: 
1. Switch power on 2. Open the dvd tray (leave it open with no dvd in it) 3. Press "stop" 4. Press "734466" 5. Use cursor to scroll up or down until it says "Region 0" 6. Press "OK/Enter" 7. Switch power off 8. Switch power on 
It will now play all region DVD's! :-) 

TO UNLOCK THE REGION CODE ON THE PLD 2100 DO THE FOLLOWING:

1. "POWER ON"
2. OPEN THE DVD TRAY
3. USING THE REMOTE CONTROL, PRESS AND HOLD "RETURN" BUTTON AND PRESS "CURSOR DOWN" "V" BUTTON.
4. RELEASE "RETURN" BUTTON AND PRESS THE NUMBERS " 2 ; 3 ; 7 ; 9 ; 2 ; 2 ; 2 " IN SEQUENCE.
5. PRESS CURSOR DOWN "V" BUTTON UNTIL "MAINTENANCE MODE" NUMBER ON TV SCREEN CHANGES TO "0"
6. PRESS "ENTER" BUTTON TO STORE.
7. "POWER OFF" THEN "POWER ON"

DVD Player is now REGION CODE FREE..........Enjoy the movie!

Press the Enter button on the remote until code changes to 9 5. Press the Open/Close on the remote. DVD tray closes. 6. Press Power on the remote control. Now code free...

Comments:
To set Region code to 0 on a Teac PL-D2000 DVD System to enable play of any region
Ensure TV monitor is on so and set to display DVD.
1. Turn system completely off.
2. Turn on system.
3. Open tray.
4. Using remote press and hold the return button.
5. While holding the RETURN button, press and hold the DISPLAY button.
6. You will see something like this displayed on screen: VER 1006 TE 3210
7. Release DISPLAY and RETURN buttons simultaneously.
8. Press the ANGLE button. You will see WRITING REGION ID displayed.
You can now play DVDs from any region.

the red rca jack of the component output on your dvd player or the red input on the Avr component input is not plugged in properly ( loose ) or the the component monitor out to the tv may be loose. there is also possablity of cable cut. check it with another component cable or interchange the red to green to find if the problem perssts ,... to ascertian weather it is the cable.. this info should solve your prob.
