Good times here--take the front and rear bezels off and remove the top cover. remove the power input board and power supply. next remove the metal shield covering the bottom of the projector to expose the main board. next, cut the ribbbon cable as close as you can to the color wheel. remove the color wheel leaving the cut ribbon behind. Now, carefully set the new color wheel in the general area and tape the new cable to the cut cable. Next pull the cut cable out of the main board paying careful attention to which way the cable was plugged in. Now pull the new cable thru and remove the tape and the old cable, plug it in, install the new colorwheel and put your projector back together with the exception of the front and rear, turn it on and make sure the color wheel spins, if it kind of just jumps, it means you plugged the cable in backwards. also when you test to see if it works, make sure the lamp door is shut so the safety switch is pushed in, otherwise the projector won't light.
