Bosch washer too long cycle times

I am concerned because my Bosch model WFMC2201UC washing machine that I bought at Lowe's @ 13 mos. ago takes TWO HOURS to wash the clothes . I especially bought a Bosch because of the supposed superiority of this name brand. My sister's always finishes in one hour. When I set it to go it displays1:00 (one hour, right?) and I'll go back later and it'll have 1:33, or something to that effect. Or I'll leave the house, and when I return it'll say 0:57.! Can you explain this to me, or did I happen to buy a lemon with gremlins in it?!? Lisa B

Looks like the heater has failed.Contact Bosch direct to repair as it has a 2 year guarantee

Drum will not spin on any cycle.bosch nexxt 300.

If you are saying that it doesn't go into the spin cycle (but the drum turns in other settings) then I would suspect the control board - Item 333

Washing E-13 comes up

Timed out on drain cycle, basically you either have an outlet blockage or something is trapped in the pump, you can check the pump by opening the bottom right flap on the front panel,manually emptying the w/m and checking the pump filter for coins etc.

take straight bleach on a white rag or towel and while wearing rubber gloves, wipe the surface until clean.
then run the towel thru a cycle with other whites ...

Getting E:13 error on Nexxt 300 series washer

Try putting the washer on COLD and run "TWO" cycles. It must be on COLD. There is a chance there is too much soap or fabric softener in the washer. It may also help to clean the fabric softener tray where you add the softener.

Bosch Nexxt 300 washer takes hours to do a single load

We had similliar problem. We were overloading the wash barrel and using too much soap. The soap was foaming causeing the washer to add rinse cycles hinse more time to the cycle. Make sure your soap has the HE ( high efficiency ) label on it. Hope this helps.
