My akaki plasm has a one inch vertical line down the center of the screen

I had a similiar problem on a Sony , vertical line or lines on the left side of the screen. It was the driver board for the LCD. Good Luck

Try changing the input device to something you are sure works. Switch off TV manually, switch off power, remove plug and retry after 48 hours. If problem persists, please refer it to a qualified service technician.

if you look at the light, there is an adjustment screw at the top of the light that controls the up and down motion , clockwise will raise the beam, and a screw on the side that controls the side to side motion. the best way to center your lights would be to park the vehicle 25 feet away from a verticle wall. be sure to be very square to the wall and on level ground. make a tape line vertically on the wall in very close relation to the center of the vehicle, and another tape line vertically in very close relation to the center of each headlight. now place a tape line horizontally in very close relation to the center of the headlights. start with low beam adjustment. adjust the high intensity zone to 2 inches below the horizontal line and 2 inches to the inside of the vertical line directly in front of the headlight. for high beam adjustment, adjust so that the high intensity zone is centered on the center vertical line and just below the horizontal line. hope this helps

same problem 2 inch vertical line in center of screen! could this be something loose in the back??

I also have this problem, but with 2 black vertical lines on the right side of screen half way through. Lines disappear from time to time but reappear. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them. Help me out please

never heard of so called card myself but ,is the line your talking about from top to bottom or from side to side in the middle?straight across middle is called horizional which means vertical problem so you have either bad capacitors 35uf 100v ,1uf 50v, or bad vertical output ic.

Usualy a problem with the LCD screen itself, that takes replacing the whole screen to fix. Sorry. Did you know that it had a problem when you bought it? Could also be an internal connector that has gone bad. There are tiny transistors on most displays that control whole rows and columns. It sounds like one went bad, causing a dead, or constant on, column. Unless you are REALLY handy, it will probably need to go to a service center for repair, which could be more expensive then what you paid for the player. Good luck
