Re: Recently purchaced a house with jacuzzi tub. Filled...
Two things come to mind; First check to see if there is a GFCI on the box or the power cord and be sure it is not tripped. Also be sure that the covers are all as their are quite often magnet switches on the doors that will kill all the power if the doors are open. Good luck.
To better help you anyone here at FixYa will need the following information: 1. Make and model of the unit? 2. Power at the outlet is? 120V or 220V Also is the unit a 120V or 220V unit? 3. Is the unit gas heated or all electric? If it is a 220V unit you can have 120V at the outlet when you need 220V. I.e RESET both circuit breakers for the unit. On another note.... If you recently bought the house and your purchase contract did NOT exclude the SPA, then the repair of the SPA would be covered under your home warranty as a result of the sale. If it is covered under the home warranty ,then by all means take advantage of the warranty and get the unit serviced. Thanks for using FixYa. Kelly
