For the FAV6800A or FAV9800A:
If you have no water flow to the Softener dispenser or Bleach dispenser see if you can turn the dispenser valves on Service Mode and verify water flow to the reservoirs.
Enter Service Mode (page 14 of the Service manual) by Pressing Enviro Plus and Spin Only keys (simultaneously) for three seconds or until the console beeps.
Now go to page 16 to Service Manual and enter Board Output Test by pressing the Delicates key. This will lock the lid. Now press the Wrinkle Control Key Pad on the console. The Control Board will send 120VAC to the Fabric Softner dispenser water valve. Did you hear the Solenoid hum? If so and you have no water flow diverted to the Softener dispenser the solenoid valve may be stuck closed. If you did not hear the solenoid valve hum the solenoid field coil may be open or loss of 120VAC from the Control Board to the valve. Do the same for the Bleach Dispenser Valve.
Final technical troubleshooting as a technical owner of the machine would be to take my DVM and verify 120VAC from the Control Board to the Bleach dispenser valve.
See page 36 lower left hand corner is the Bleach/Softener dispenser valve.
Here is the Service Manual for reference. Sears Parts Direct for reference.
The Part Number for the Dispenser Valve is 25001043 you can order from this site or find best price. Before I would order any parts you need to isolate the fail point, this could be a Control Board issue or machine wiring harness issue.
Did both reservoirs stop flushing contents at the same time or different fail dates?

Viet,
Just to let you know the bleach dispenser location on the left hand side of the machine is very tough on components like the Left Hand Lid lock and the TDS.
Over time corrosion issues in the left hand lid lock can lead to OD,OP,FL sometimes a LO error code. I helped a repair tech troubleshoot a TDS issue which caused a short at the 3 pin connector for +12VDC to the TDS due to corrosion. This issue would not allow the Control Board/Display to function. The machine was the LCD display model a FAV9800A. Same issue can cause our machine FAV6800A to not power up. The issue is easily identified with a quick +12VDC measurement at the Control Board.
My point is to go easy with the bleach. I don't use the dispenser. Post back if I can help with any issues or concerns you may have....Rich
Here is what type of corrosion issues can develop over time with the Left Hand Lid lock do to over fill or spillage around the dispenser reservoir;
The Bleach and Fabric softener water valve assembly on the work bench.
Viet,
No problem on the name.... The valves are a sealed assembly. I assume you have no problem with a main tub fill. Are you using cold water fill for wash? I feel if you hear them hum the field coils are OK and you are placing 120VAC from the control board to them as you tested. I would replace the valve assembly if you need the function of the dispensers.....Rich
Viet,
One other check.... Take a look at page 34 in the service manual pic #4.
Make sure that inner panel is seated properly in the Lid assembly. I wonder if the water exit ports out of the dispenser are not lined up correctly with the water channels leading to the dispenser reservoirs you may not get water flow to the Bleach and Softener reservoirs. Just thinking out loud...
If that inner lid looks properly seated I would remove the Dispenser Valve Assembly and test on the work bench with a 120VAC cheater cord.
I would block the main water output port of that valve and with a low volume air source to the input place 120VAC on each solenoid coil to open and see if air will pass for each dispenser valve. I like to fault isolate as far as I can go before I buy any replacement parts……Rich
Only due this test if you are qualified to work on 120VAC appliances follow all safety warnings in the Service Manual remember safety first.

This is a DIY Appliance repair forum and you can get the Service Manual and repair support at that site..
In the Sticky: Neptune TL Washer FAV6800AWW 5 post down you will find a link to the Service Manual. You absolutely need the Service Manual to DIY issues with the machine. It's not the best SM but will get you started. I also have repair post in that sticky to help with the most common issues that I have helped owners with. I'm an owner of a FAV6800AWW top load machine.
Good luck.
See page 33 and 34 of the FAV6800A/FAV9800A Service Manual for Bleach/Softener Dispenser Removal.
The only place I know of to get the Service Manual is at a DIY appliance repair forum like this forum with the Sticky Neptune TL Washer FAV6800AWW

Thanks Rick for a very fast response. This is very helpful. I will check this weekend. I never use the Bleach side until the Softener stop working. Then I check it on the Bleach side and notice both are not work now.
Thanks again.

Frank,
I ran the solenoid test on the service mode. I heard both Softener and Bleach valves did hum but no water flow diverted to the softenner dispense or the bleach dispense. It seems like both valves are stucked closed. Is there a way to repair these valves? Or need to replace them?
Thanks for all your help again.
Viet
I'm sorry Rick for call you Frank. I were talking to a friend named Frank and typed his name instead of your name.
Do you know the part number for the the valve assembly?
Never mind. I found the part number on your first response. Thanks Rick.
