I assume this is a Tritton electric shower...
If the shower still works it could be because the bulb for the indicator is blown, or is not properly seated in the lens aperture on the front cover.
Those indicator bulbs tend to be on a flying wire that is easy to mis-assemble.
It will not cause any problem with the operation of the shower, but it's a pain if the light is not on.
If it's an electric shower, you typically should have an indicator on the pull cord isolating switch in the bathroom
There is no power getting to the shower. You haven't changed the pull cord properly. I'd suggest you get a shower repair guy out. It's too dangerous trying to do it Yourself when you don't know what you are doing
yes, and hopefully piece's of the cartridge's rubber have not come off and lodged in the water port's.have had this problem quite a few time's.remove your cart' and while it's out, run water to flush out the valve body.shine some light in body before re-assembly.
Sounds like the switch inside is not making good contact or it didn't have a good seal to protect it from water. I would have a proffesional come and look at it and check out the switch. I'm pretty sure it is still under warranty if you just had it installed a few months ago.
