In order to reset the password for the NComputing Administrative Console, you will need to re-install the software and reset the password through the installer. To do this, complete the following:
Launch your NComputing software installer:
The installer will request a password, type anything.
The installer will inform you that the password is wrong, select OK.
You will then be asked if you forgot your password, select Yes.
You will be prompted to restart your installer, select OK.
Your password is now reset; you may Cancel the installation and access your administrative console.

there should be a reset button on it so it resets to the manufacturer default pass words which came with the unit?

Normally there is a reset button that is about the size of a pin head. You press in on that for 30 seconds and it sets if back to the factory defaults, but I was unable to find out how to do it in the manual. You want to find information on a hard reset. It may include unplugging the device and turning it on with the switch.
