I have the gogear SA1ARAO2 the cd-rom that came with it is to small to fit in my pc i have aside by side pc the tray comes top tobottom not front way's so ican i get the mannel

Get a paper pin, look for a small hole in your cd rom, if there is then gently insert and push in the small hole in your cd rom until the tray come out.

No. On the tray there should be a deeper indention than one for a normal sized disc, and the disc should fit in it well.

if you are referring to the cd rom tray there usually is a small opening on the front of disc players that a paperclip or needle could fit through that houses an emergency release button.
try this, it should help

If you press the disk eject button on the front of the CD ROM drive and it doesn't eject the CD. Then try right click on the CD drive icon and then click eject.
If this doesn't work, then straighten a paper clip and insert it into a small hole on the front of the CD drive just below the CD tray and push the paper clip gently and the tray will pop out slightly, then you can grab it and pull the tray out to get access to the CD.

Well, it seems that your cd rom going to "retired".... U should change another one....

In case u have cd inside, there is a small hole on the cd rom front side, where u can insert a pint inside the manually open the tray...

the disc that comes with the viewty is compatable with any CD-ROM drive as you open your CD tray you will see where a normal disc would fit into the tray (big circle) and there should be a place to put the small discs, witch is in the centre of the disc tray, if this has not helped you in any way then go to the LG's website and find a download for the LG suite

If u r Tray not Opening u have a small hole on the top side of u r CDROM just put a sharp object and insert it and press it when the machine is ON then the tray little bit will come outside just pull the tray by the handit will come outside

ok there is a small hole below the tray, use a small paper clip
wire to push in that whole, push and the tray should come out.

if that doesnt work take cd player out, push plastic clips on side
and top at front , front plate should come off .

where small whole was in front look behind plate you will see a small little metal arm push on that

should be able to clear cd player then .

In the front side of the dvd drive you will see a small hole ...so to eject that cd put one niddle in that hole and .
Now press the button at just after that apply a force on niddle .suddenly you will notice that cd will come outside ,if not try more times and you will learn to eject the cd when you are unable to do it by pressing the eject button...
