Hi queen.
I can only think that toner has got into the inner workings of the copier.
Open as many on the panels as you can and blow out the workings with compressed air.
You can buy cans at your local PC or Office Supplies shop.
I dont see any settings on the menu that allow you to do any maintenance on the copier itself.
Also make sure the platen galss is clean and smudge free. (The glass you put your originals on).
If you or someone you work with is technically minded taking out the toner bin waste bin asn the toner heater to clean with a dry 1inch paint brush. The toner heater (FUSER) is a delicate part oF the copier. It will be behind one of the panels that opon at the front of the copier.
It is usually as long as the copier is deep and will have a number of wires running end to end. These may well have toner on them causing the the heater to not work to its full potential.
One of the ways I used to cler these issues was do a 100 sheet run on a full text page to clean. But then this wasnt my toner or paper it was the customers. We also usd to caRry small vacuums with filters (HEPA fILTERS) in to clean up after copiers are very messy when you start fiddling about inside ;-). A small dustbuster might do the trick but remember toner particles are very very fine and can be difficult to remove.
Here is a link to explain how wonderful toner is ;-)

Also a link to read for people who want to understand better how there equipment works.
