The copier has an "eye" that detects when the waste toner bottle is full. If you dump it and reuse it, the residue can build up and cause the machine to "think" the bottle is still full. I experienced the same problem. If you re-use an old bottle, after emptying, rinse our any remaining residue and dry the bottle out. Your copier should then notice the bottle being empty.

Hi Queen.
You should not re-use toner waste bottles.
You should get a new one with each new supply of toner.
You should conatct your local Panasonic dealer.
They will explain how best to dispose of old toner and supply you with new toner and waste toner bottles.
Please let me know if this is useful.

Sir, I replace the toner and toner waste container in photo copier Panasonic WORKIO 8020 when the machine is halt and give the msg Replace toner waste container(U14) . But after replacement of...

Try hard reset by turning off machine while it is turned on and pulling the plug. Then press and hold power button for minute or so. replug machine and turn on. If no result try software reinstall and after that you can always contact Panasonic for a hidden code to reset unit to factory defaults.

Panasonic DP C-354 says to change toner waste container, where is that located on the machine so I can replace it?

open the front cover, the black box at the base of the cavity is the waste container. it will need to be exchanged but if you don't have one handy, it can be emptied. it is a messy job and most importantly, at the base of the container at the back is a small transparent piece of perspex. that will need to be clean inside and out. any toner remaining in there will trigger the "replace" instruction.

Panasonic DP C262 replace toner waste container

The waste toner container is the box in the front of the drums, you see it when you open the door its a box that collects used toner. You need to go to pansonic dealership and get a new box to replace the full one.

I have a toshiba e-studio 2500 and i keep getting the empty used toner msg. i have replaced the tonerbag

Use your hand and tap the tube going to the used toner bag. Does it sound full? sometimes the toner will clog the tube and back up. You need to knock it loose so that the waste toner will empty. Also check the waste toner bag switch, it may have gotten knocked out of position when removing it the first time. If so just reposition and / or reshape.

Messy copies

Hi queen.
I can only think that toner has got into the inner workings of the copier.
Open as many on the panels as you can and blow out the workings with compressed air.
You can buy cans at your local PC or Office Supplies shop.
I dont see any settings on the menu that allow you to do any maintenance on the copier itself.
Also make sure the platen galss is clean and smudge free. (The glass you put your originals on).
If you or someone you work with is technically minded taking out the toner bin waste bin asn the toner heater to clean with a dry 1inch paint brush. The toner heater (FUSER) is a delicate part oF the copier. It will be behind one of the panels that opon at the front of the copier.
It is usually as long as the copier is deep and will have a number of wires running end to end. These may well have toner on them causing the the heater to not work to its full potential.
One of the ways I used to cler these issues was do a 100 sheet run on a full text page to clean. But then this wasnt my toner or paper it was the customers. We also usd to caRry small vacuums with filters (HEPA fILTERS) in to clean up after copiers are very messy when you start fiddling about inside ;-). A small dustbuster might do the trick but remember toner particles are very very fine and can be difficult to remove.
Here is a link to explain how wonderful toner is ;-)

Also a link to read for people who want to understand better how there equipment works.

Let me know how you get on.
