True 49f fans stopped running. Compressor still runs. Fixes? Troubleshooting steps?

I am assuming you are relating to the evaporator fan(s) not running. If this is the case, some units have a 'Klixon" type thermostat in the evaporator so when the evaporator coil temp reaches a predetermined temperature, the fans come on. You may have a bad "Fan Delay" (Klixon) or the coil is not reaching the proper temp to activate it to turn on the fans. I would check the wiring diagram on the unit for this part to see if this unit has it in the system.

Heater elements not coming on

Is it the defrost heater element? There are several possibilities. Check defrost timer operation and output, check overheat limit klixon (attached to evaporator), check heater continuity.

True freezer model t -23f need wiring diagram

There is a safety cutout on the evaporator that sometimes goes open circuit, stopping the heater coming on in defrost. If the compressor will not turn off, check the condenser is clean.and the fan working. next check the thermostat hasn't broken. Lastly, check the defrost timer.

Need a circuit diagram for zanussi chest freeze zfc321wb thing has stoped working after only 2 years think the motor thermal switch is open circuit but need diagram to test properly can you help?

There should only be 2 wires for compressor operation, (brown and white or blue and white), it you only have 2 posts with wires to them on your thermostat, take the wires off the posts and join them, if compressor is good, it will start but do this with GREAT CARE, exposed wires are dangerous and be sure to disconect the power from the wall before and after doing the above, good luck. Compressor runs bypassed thermostat with wire that turns on and off compressor, but freezer cabinet is not cold 65 degrees evaporator fan does not turn on,condensor fan on,sttill no cold

If you have just turned it on it takes awhile for the fans to come on. The evaporator coil has to get cold about (10 to 20 degrees) and make a klixion fan switch to turn the fans ON.... Is the evaporator coils getting a frost pattern on them??? If not then the system may be low of Freon.. If the coil is completely froze up and you are getting frost back to the compressor..... then you have a bad fan switch or a door switch.... If you have a wiring diagram you can trace out the wiring.... It is usually down by the compressor or control panel... hope this helps.

Long story but I had someone "attack" my T-72 Freezer and I'm trying to figure out what they did. I think they tried to replace the defrost switch with a non standard switch and stopped half way through...

Go to this web site. Be sure to have the serial and model numbers. You can request a wiring diagram from the tech line. This is most likely your best place to start. True uses a variety of different devices so I would do this first.
Let me know if I can be of more help after you get diagram.

Go to www.truemfg.com and it will take you to their web site. They have a 24 hour, ask a tech a question. I could not find any wiring diagram on your particular unit but maybe they can help you via their tech hot line.

Good luck and hope this helps.
