We are going to remodel our kitchen & were wondering which brands were better in terms of performance and lack of repairs. we are considering Viking, GE Monogram, Thermador, and Kenmore Pro. We are open to other brands as well. Thank you.

My parents have a place in Rhinelander & my brother has a place a little north of there. They have had nothing but problems with people they've hired to do various things such as roofing, chimney work, building a deck or painting the basement. It's gotten to the point that I wish they would just spend the money to hire someone from Milwaukee & haul them up there to do the work. I think it's a known thing about contractors up there.
