Good Day,
It appears that you may have a green drive issue. Try adjusting the Sreen Control it is located in the front of TV.
1) Remove Speaker Grill (it just pulls off) start at one end, 2) Remove cover (5-6 screws), 3) Adjust control. The control is located on lower right side towards bottom. A small black device with 2 rolls of controls, adjust the center control on bottom row counter clock wise, until you get a black and white picture.(adjust with color control to min).
If this does not work you light bulb (CRT) is bad about a $750.00 repair.
this is most likely the sustainer board(s) problem. Replacing the sustainer boards should correct this problem for you. you can get the parts at vancebaldwin.com
replace the sustainer boards should correct this problem. New sustainer boards may cause red and green pixilation. If this happen, replace control board and TV is as good as new.
Hi when was the bulb last changed as when the bulb goes it will do this. at the back of the tv is a panel, it will have vents an a sign saying something like bulb on it the bulb is in there and there is a screw holding this cover on and inside is a clip that holds the bulb in place, remove bulb and check it for its colour if its black then its blown and you just need a new one. if its damaged in any way replace it and do not touch the glass.
