There are no gameshark cheats for infinite money...there is one for 50 000 coins though.
Anyway,the only cheat I have ever found on FOMT while playing is the horse race. Save before you go in to the town square,that way if you lose you can start over. You need to win lots of medals (doesn't matter if you bet on your horse or another horse),have your basket and empty inventory(largest backpack helps) with you,and then buy lots of necklaces or broaches after the race. Take the basket home and empty it into your bin.
This is your best bet...my son tried a cheat once with a gameshark and it killed the game.

If you Google harvest moon (whatever game you have) cheats then you might be able to find it. I found it that way.
