The locked display shows can be removed There is some way for that. a reset cannot make it. Visit these sites. Search them with your blu-ray model number, at its search box at the right column; please visit them on a desktop computer; it only have the search column; and see how to remove the tray lock. Did this problem just start? It may be due to the lens no longer reading the disc. Try a lens cleaner. If your lens went south, it usually is paired with a clicking noise or/and the combination of a no disc/disc error message. I would also recommend staying away from Polaroid dvd players and tv's in the future. They have a habit of not making parts available, especially after the warranty.
It sounds like U have a bad lens. Try a lens cleaner. If it is the lens, it wont read anymore discs. Sometimes it will also make a clicking sound and show disc error/no disc cryptic messages on the screen.
didnt work with cleaning lens w/alcohol.still showing loading.
