You just go to the Trash Box item and Select the emails that you want to restore and then select Move to Inbox option then your selected emails will move to your inbox mails.

Did you check in Trash ? Most of the item that are deleted are first go to the Trash where they are deleted after a period of 30 days. If the content is 30 day old then it will be deleted automatically. Rest of the your mails that are not older will not be deleted.

In order to recover deleted e-mails, please go to the trash folder and try to locate them there.

In case you have emptied the trash then unfortunately there is no way for an e-mail to be recovered.

If you've deleted a message permanently, by clicking Delete Forever in your Spam or Trash, it isn't possible to recover the message.
If you've moved a message to Trash, by clicking Delete, but it's been fewer than 30 days and you haven't permanently deleted it, follow these steps to put it back in your inbox:

1. Sign in to Gmail.

Of course, you can also undelete a message quickly as long as it is still in your Yahoo! Mail's Trash folder.
Undelete Mail in Yahoo! Mail To undelete a message in Yahoo! Mail or Yahoo! Mail Classic:

• Go to the Trash folder.
• Open the desired message.
• Click Move in the Yahoo! Mail toolbar.
• Select Inbox or any other folder to recover the message.
  • In Yahoo! Mail, you can also drag and drop the email to any folder, of course.

Also you can serach on Yahoo itself by look at the left upper corner you can see a search bar if you
remember some info. from the sender.

If you have deleted the boxbe label, the mail will be in all mail. If the message has been deleted from gmail, it will be in the trash bin for about 30 days unless you have cleared the trash bin.

I assume that your mail provider is Gmail.
Gmail is a webmail. hence they give you just what you need to send and receive. they don't keep a backup of our **** just in case we "accidentally" delete it. Your chances of getting this back is slim-to-none!
