This appears to be a safe made in Thailand, whereas we are in North America. This link might work better for you, but basically all electronic safes work the same. There is normally a red reset button inside the door behind a cover. Press the button, put in the new combination and it beeps. Check the combination opens the bolts with the door open and the job is done. Change the batteries beforehand.
