Sometimes it takes long than 11 minutes for a question to be answered. You know we aren't Senco right? We are Fixya dot com and just have a Senco category.
It sounds like an o-ring has moved when you put it back together. Did you lubricate the piston?
Originally established in 1948, SENCO® is renowned for its excellent product quality and diverse product line, which includes pneumatic and cordless nailers ...
Nailers · Parts & Service · Staplers · Fasteners
Senco nailers are mostly not lubricated but moisture and dirt do they have the neck compressor not tapped in time and then inside the top cover of this tools can have that or the parts are hanging can not move freely and clean, solvent them out and grease it with silicon OKS1110 Kluber Silubrin or Dow Corning DC4 in most cases the models of Senco are oilless IF the seal of the piston is made out of kevlar instead of a plain o-ring .
This is a sign that internal components are sticking. Try spraying a light weight oil like wd 40 down the air inlet and dry firing the gun several times. If that does not work, pop off the top of the gun, that is your exhaust port. Clean the area with contact cleaner, and lube with air tool oil.
You have worn or broked o-rings/seals inside the gun. The Finish Pro 32 is one of Senco's older guns and they no longer offer a repair kit for this gun. You have to go to a site like www.senco.com or www.ereplacementparts.com, find a breakdown of your gun and order each part you need. If you are going to rebuild the gun order all the o-rings/seals (Senco parts that start with LB) and any other parts that may be damaged like the piston stop, springs, etc. Lubricate the o-rings with light grease as you put them in and make sure to oil the gun regularly when you are using it to make your work last.
Not sure about Senco but most have latch you can open to expose firing mechanism. Nail sometimes gets jammed and will not allow driver to fire or if not nail push driver ****** all the way back into gun then see if gun will fire.
go to senco.com and you can find the breakdown there, I believe they have a listing for older model numbers. Let me know if you need more assistance I will help
No, internal leaks on your Senco require replacing the seals, which can be tricky. You Can try the repair kit they sell, but they're usually for the firing/triggering system and piston stop system.
