Good day!Try some tests..like replacing power cord, printer cable and reinstall driver..if nothing happens..then try to see if the belt on the assembly is already weak..cause it can slow down your printing..or the film like inside is dirty..if you can open it much better..i

You may want to check the HP Parts Store to see if you can obtain a recovery CD/DVD for your computer.

Hi my pc going slow

There are many reasons causing a PC to slow down performance. The outdated hardware or poor system maintenance is the major reasons. If possible, try to upgrade hardware configuration such as add more RAM, Processor etc.

Otherwise use the best antivirus software to diagnose the and clean junk files. This method surly will increase the speed of your computer.

Check the cassette, on certain printers if the cassette is set for the wrong size paper it will cause the printer to run slow, this happens on HP so it might be worth a try.

Computer start up slow after loading printer software

check the Task manager for the Process that is taking a lot of CPU usage. It might be "spoolsv.exe"
Go to Start >> Run (press windows key + R on Vista) and in the run dialog box type "services.msc" without the quotes and press Enter. Services window will open up. Search for Print Spooler service, right click on it and click Stop, Now check the performance of PC. Restart the service again and then check again. In case the issue is not a major one, it should be resolved but if the PC becomes slow again on restarting the service, uninstall and reinstall the drivers for the Printer again.

Printing Slow

hi,

check the length of the usb cable. if it is very lengthy then there would be problems with the speed.

if not
> unplug the usb cable
> click "start-->control panel--> printers and faxes"
> select the printer icon and delete it
> restart the computer
> plug the usb cable
> wait for few minutes while the driver installations are complete automatically.
> once that is done, try to print

thanks and regards
