No POWER Bought sharp AQUOS 37 INCH FLAT SCREEN tv LC-32D43U LOST POWER ALTERNATING FLASHING LIGHTS ON FRONT, FISRT POWER LIGHT FLASHES, THEN POWER LIGHT AND OPC INDICATOR LIGHT BOTH FLASH, THEN IT REPEATS. Tried unplugging and replugging in for half an hour still no success

I have the same problem. Power light and OPC flash LC-37D43U. I called Sharp about the problem two weeks ago. TV repairman has been out twice, the second time with a power board that was apparently defective. The TV still isn't working. I am right where I was two weeks ago, Called sharp and they were very nice, but I still don't have a working TV. Very disappointed.

I have a similar problem. The biggest difference is that the TV just plain DIES! This is the SECOND TIME!! Last time (approx 4-5 months ago) the local SHARP Repair Center picked up the TV and returned it almost 2 weeks later after replacing the Power Board. It looks like there is an Engineering Defect/Problem with this Model.

I have a Sharp LC-20K1. I replaced with a 32" Sharp 2 years ago. The LC-20K1 in working condition was left untouched in a bedroom cupboard. I wish to use it now as a DVD Player monitor. Switching on the indicator light became red then orange. And this repeats all the time. at first there was a flash on the screen when switched on but this has disappeared. What is wrong?
