How to get the password for my psp

If u dont no the password or got it with password was already like that,,theres a sony 1800 number,,they have four digit codes to get through that,,tell them u forgot it,,,try 4444,or 0000,,old ps2 codes ,,can find number on box if u have psp box,,or psn,,online for number,,goodluck

If someone changed your password and you don't know the password, go to "System Settings">"Restore Default Settings"
This doesn't delete anything from your memory stick.

Turn off your PSP, hold start,select , square and triangle then turn your PSP on while holding those buttons. Your PSP will be now reset to factory settings.

in the psp menu, go to settings, go to system settings, go to restore default settings. the psp will reboot with the factory settings. factory password should be 0000

in order to get rid of the password, you must first go to the "Settings" icon all the way on the left.

than scroll through that menu until you find the "System Settings" button.

Than scroll through that menu until you find the "Restore Default Settings" button. If you click on that, your password will disappear and you can type in a new one.

After you reset the PSP, you will have to type in the date, timezone, time, and PSP name all over again.

If there is still a password on the PSP after you reset it, it should be 0000. Be sure to change it to something you remember =]
