Need instructions to take laptop apart to replace bios battery, my laptop is losing time and i think it needs replaced. Can someone tell me how to locate the battery?
Here is the service manual for your laptop courtesy of HP:

Look in section 6.3 for dissasemly instructions on how to take apart the laptop.

Then go to page 6-51 of the service manual and it shows you a picture of the BIOS Battery as it looks to be in the top cover.

Regarding my dv2130 laptop
I suspect that the issue is with the Graphic Card of the Notebook which should have failed.

Try removing and reseating the Memory(RAM) of the Notebook by find the instructions in the Manual :

Go through page number 127 of 310 to get instructions.
