I had the same trouble. But i downloaded the navdesk sp1 2008 and updated to the latest firmware and it started working again.

(it's the Australian version though so you will have to get the correct one for you country)

yes my navman is only 2 weeks old and is doing the same thing what can i do.
I have the same problem with the woman in car and the decline accept that just keeps going around it seems to be stuck have tried re booting by holding down button but still no change help
