When you get there Then scroll down Then where you see "Operating System", select your operating system (ex: XP, Vista, or Windows 7). It will then show all the drivers for your operating system...scroll down until you see the network driver software and then download and reinstall the Dell Wireless 365 Bluetooth Module and download the Dell Wireless WLAN 1520 Half MiniCard Hopefully this will help...good luck.

Select the 'Audio' driver and click 'Download'.
There is not an option for Windows XP. Is this the correct laptop model?
You can download the drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you select the Windows XP or Vista version of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Go into your control panel and locate your sound card equalizer program, you may have to try several settings in the "Mixer" but you should be able to find one which substantially increases your volume output.
