I have a coleman family cabin tent

This tent was made by NorthPole, which has closed its parts department. Check this notice, which does list some places you might be able to get some parts.

I caution you that this was a department store tent, made to hit a price point, and sourcing a few parts might cost far more than the tent it worth.

I need my C and d poles for hamptt9 replaced

Coleman may be contacted toll-free at 1-800-835-3278. Replacement parts are available from them.

You might be able to get help at [email protected] but Avid sells tents by many manufacturers.
