No water in ice maker

Is the solenoid that supplies water to ice maker working? If there is ice in tray, perhaps the heater is not working so the ice in tray can be slid off and into ice hopper.

hav u cleared the ejection area for any debris and the like?

are u getting water to the tray if not the water solenoid valve needs to be replaced.

My Samsung would freeze up periodically especially when I didn't change the filter. Contaminants will cause frost or freezing in the line. The result was a tiny frozen blockage near the solenoid.
UNPLUG the fridge and run a hair dryer directed at the ice maker. Being careful to not allow plastic parts to overheat.
Sometimes you may even hear the tiniest crack when it lets loose. probably only take 20 minutes or so. depending how much of line is frozen.

change ur valve. it leaks

Make sure wire loop extending out from the ice maker over the ice bin is pushed down. Up turns the ice maker off.

Without more info, I can't diagnose further.
Stick finger in ice tray where ice freezes. Is there water in there. No, check solenoid valve and water line to ice maker (kinks). Is there ice cubes in ice tray? Is ice maker pushed fully in? All wires to ice maker on back and underneath connected?

If your model has a water
Filter, that may need replacing. If that isn't it, the water valve most likely is the problem

The pressure from a reverse osmosis system is not sufficient to operate the ice maker water valve. A water valve requires a minimum of 20 pounds of pressure without a refrigerator water filter, and 35 pounds of pounds of pressure with a refrigerator water filter. Manufactures do dot recommend installing an R/O system on the water supply to a refrigerator. The pressure may have been higher from your old system.

You may have a defective water inlet solenoid valve. replace water inlet solenoid valve for ice maker. Contact Frigidaire Dealer for part by Model and serial number. Replacing the part is reverse of removing old valve located behind refrigerator on right side facing the back. You may have to remove bottom back cover to access. Make sure you reinstall the cover for proper operation.

lastly reclaim gas replace both driers recharge with fresh gas to spec( liquid by weight).
