SOURCE: can not connect sony W910i in 'phone mode' via USB cable

Please check if the OEM is installed properly, You would get a Blue screen error only when your computer RAM has some problems and if the Drivers are corrupted for the used application. So i would suggest you to reinstall this Sony ericsson PC suite.

Androide connection

Simply connect your phone with a USB to MicroUSB cable. After you have done that depending on the phone you have you should see an icon in the status bar, pull down the notification and select the USB status icon. It will normally ask if you want to put the phone into PC mode, say yes and then browse your phone just like a flash drive!

Sony walkman nwz-b135 when i connect it to my laptop it will add music etc, but will not charge thanx

Hi,

I'm sorry to know that the Walkman player is not getting charged. I'll be glad to assist you with this. Please perform the following steps:
If the New Hardware Wizard appears and is prompting for a location of the driver, point to the following directory: C:/WINDOWS/INF .
To function properly, your Walkman player must be recognized by your computer as a Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) device. If the portable player was connected to the computer before the Windows Media Player version 10 or later was installed, it will be recognized as a Mass Storage Class (MSC) device and not function properly. In that case, a different procedure is available to correct this issue.
For some models, when you use the portable player for the first time, if you have not used it for a long time, or the battery is depleted, it may take up to 5 minutes for it to be recognized or start charging. On models with a display, the display will remain blank. If it the portable player is not recognized or does not begin to charge after waiting 5 minutes, reset the player by pressing the reset button.
If this is not the first time using your player and it was working properly at one time with no major changes performed (such as restoring the operating system or replacing a hard drive), follow the procedure below:
Connect the portable player to the computer using the supplied USB cable.
Disconnect the USB cable from the portable player and then reconnect.
Check the connection status again.
Disconnect the USB cable from the computer and then reconnect.
Check the connection status again.
Check for available space on the player using Windows Media Player or My Computer .
Restart the computer.
Check the connection status again.
Check that the USB cable is firmly connected to both the computer and the player.
Check the connection status again.
If the player is connected to a USB hub, disconnect it and connect it directly to the computer with a dedicated USB cable.
Check the connection status again.
If the player is still not recognized by the computer, disconnect all devices connected to the computer with a USB connection and restart the computer.
After the computer restarts, connect only the Walkman player and test the connection again.
If the player is still not recognized by the computer, try a different USB port.
Check the connection status again.
Under the Common settings menu of the player, format the player using the built-in Format utility.
Check the connection status again.
Verify the current Operating System. If it is an upgraded operating system, contact the computer manufacturer for updated drivers for their upgraded operating system.
If you are running the Windows XP operating system, be sure you are running Service Pack 2 (SP2) or later.
If you did not have the latest service pack, test the connection status again after it has been installed.
If you are still unable to transfer music to your player and have not yet uninstalled and reinstalled the driver follow the procedure to confirm that the player is recognized by the computer as an MTP device.

Thanks for contacting FixYa.

I cant got the wave gts 5253 themes

You can download themes from http://www.themesforwave.com/ , for example.
1. Download a theme (an .smt file) to your computer, note the location of the file so you'll find it later 2. Connect your phone to your computer via USB cable, and select "Mass Storage" mode on the phone 3. Transfer the .smt theme file to your phone's memory, into "Themes" directory 4. Disconnect the USB cable 5. Go to Settings -> Display and Light -> Theme 6. Select the new theme you want to install

I cant connect my samsung S5233 to my laptop

Hi

Please let me know how are you trying to connect your phone through the cable provided with the phone or through bluetooth?

If you want to connect your Phone with Laptop via Bluetooth, you need to have a Laptop equipped with bluetooth facility built-in, through which you can pair your handset with the handset bluetooth and transfer files.

Else if you are trying to connect it via the cable provided with the phone, you can set your handset connectivity to USB mode and check if your laptop recognizes your phone as a USB device or not, in case it doesn't then you need to install the Samsung PC Studio software which came with the phone and then you would be able to connect your phone to your laptop

How do I transfer pictures taken by my LG CF 360 phone to my PC?

The USB cable does not work apparently, UNLESS you have a micro SD card inserted. You also have to manually transfer the pictures from the phone's internal memory to the SD card first, then you can transfer them to the PC via the USB cable. The USB connector on the phone is one of the new USB micro A or micro B connectors - make sure you get the correct one. It looks like the one on the phone charger.

Connecting analong camcorder to computer

The only Analog camcorder that has a USB Connection for transferring pictures or video is the SC-L770. The SC-L770 can transfer video (live or recorded) and still photos through the USB connection. You can also transfer audio using the audio cable provided. After installing the driver and software, you can begin transferring data using the software provided. Connecting to a PC 1. Connect a USB cable to the USB port on the PC. 2. Connect the other end of the USB cable into the proper terminal on the camcorder. (USB jack) 3. Connect the audio cable to the Line input jack of the PC. If the PC has no Line input jack, connect the audio cable to the MIC input jack. In this case, however, a noise may be produced depending on the PC. Notes: * If you disconnect the USB cable from the PC or the camcorder while transferring, the data transmission will stop and the data may be damaged. * If you connect the USB cable to a PC via a USB HUB or simultaneously connect the USB cable along with other USB devices, the camcorder may not work properly. * In this case, remove the other USB devices from the PC and reconnect the camcorder. Some other Analog Camcorders have a snapshot mode which allows you to take a still photo with your camcorder. However, you cannot transfer these to a computer unless you purchase additional hardware such as a capture card. Some capture cards have analog a/v inputs which will allow you to use the a/v outputs on the camcorder to connect to your pc and transfer images and video. You can purchase a capture card at most computer and electronics stores. Samsung does not support capture cards.
