This is known as a death wobble. I am guessing that the jeep is lifted which will put of the center of gravity. Try getting an alignment and balance tires first. Then if that doesn't solve the problem move on to check your tie rod ends and ball joints. There are also many parts that may be needed when lifting a jeep to help put most caster into the front axle for a proper alignment. There are longer lower control arms, Shorter upper control arms, longer pitman arm, etc.

Check wheel balance and have suspension carefully checked for wear, especially the ball joints and track bar bushing, joint and mount.
