To charge your mobile with usb cable you should install a driver called as mobile phone usb driver ,if you install it you can charge your mobile through PC.

If still it doesnt charges then install the PC CHARGING DRIVER.

install opera mini. this willlll work. Or install portable firefox,an another good browser. first think wheather u have GPRS or EDGE connection activated. if not call your service provider.

for the dictionary u'll need to use GOOGLE, also depends on what kind of dictionary, u can search for a java one.
and for the skins u'll need first to flash it, and then get the skin files.

Check to make sure you have all the drivers installed.
