Watch Band requires replacement

Hello, My name is George Phillips. I own a Seiko watch which is about 10 years old. Unfortunately due to wear and tear the band has been damaged beyond serviceability. I am wondering if you are able to replace the spares exactly as it has a great amount of sentimental value to me.
My e-mail address is [email protected] if you are able to send me a blank e-mail I will reply with pictures that will give you a detailed understanding of the repair I require.
Thank you in advance your assistance and consideration in this matter.
Kind regards,
George Phillips

Looking for a replacement watch band for SEIKO SPORTURA HONDA F1 RUBBER BAND/STRAP SNA749P1 Where can I get one and what is the best price for customer in UK?

I've been looking for a replacement for the Seiko SNAE93p1 and have seen the replacement for this in several places. I only remember because it has a red and black band similar to the one on the watch I'm wanting, and I figure that I should get a replacement band when I buy this new watch, as the synthetic bands on Seiko watches tend to break after about 3 years or so.
Watchbands.com has it for $65 I believe. watchbands com

Where do I purchase a replacement strap for a Seiko Sporttura BAR Honda Watch

you can call Seiko and they will sell you a new strap, though fair warning they are not cheap. You can also if you want just any watch band not having to be the exact band , try a watch repair shop and they should be able find one that fits.

The rubber band broke on my seiko dive watch--unable to get the pins out without breaking them--any suggestions on removing the pins

mcdevito75 here, Best Bet, you may need a special tool to remove and replace the SPRING BARS (PINS) that hold the band onto the watch, then you may even need new spring Bars, (pins) to re-attach the band to rthe watch. BEST BET, look for a small watch repair shop in your area to change the band.

I have 4 seiko watches that no longer work. Most unreliable watch

mcdevito75 here, hello Diane, I'm afraid your jeweler is correct, and so are you. It is adviseable to pull the stem out to save the battery BUT, only if your not going to wear your watch for a long time, not just over night, here"s the problem!! the quartz mechanism and most of the works are plastic, and plastic while fairly flexable when new, gets hard over time, your pulling the stem to stop the watch everyday or even once a week most likely broke the switch in the mechanism that starts the watch, if so your only option is to replace the movement if you can get one. Pull the stem to stop your watch only if your not going to wear your watch for say 2 weeks toa month.

40 year old Seiko has stainless steel back with six square notches along the edge. Is a special tool required to open it to replace the battery?

Here's my suggestion. Take it to the jewelry dept at Walmart. Do you have one where you live.
They'll replace for free - Battery $8
Watch how they do it with their tools and you'll know how to do it yourself in the future.
Good luck
