I have a model 38229-1 atomic clock can't remember how to change location from one time zone to another on pac need eastren

1. press "MODE" (it will show the alarm time) 2. press "ADJUST" (this will switch the time zones) 3. when it is on the desired time zone, press "MODE" to return to the clock.

Setting timezone: Enter alarm time preview, by pressing "Mode". Press "Adjust" to change time zone.
Setting time: When previewing time, press and hold "Alarm on/off" Until time blinks. Press "Adjust" to change time; Press "Alarm on/off" to change to minutes, ect. Press "Mode" when done.
