I need a new CD for the 8025, it was broken when i opened the package . Where can i find a replacement ? I need a replacement.

Do you really need a replacement?

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive.

There are also plenty of photo catalog software packages out there, some free, some not, that can transfer and catalog your pictures so you can quickly find pictures from Susie's birthday party, for example. Just do a google search for "photo catalog software".

You can get both the manual and the Vivitar Experience software from the above link. But as I stated earlier, you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa.

Go here and click on the "Vivitar Experience Software" link.
You don't need the Vivitar software. This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa.

I broke the cd for the camera, where can i find one at and how much does it cost

If you mean the CD on which your photos will be recorded, you can usually find a replacement at a store like Office Depot, Staples, or a similar store.
Take the broken one with you so you can show it to a sales person. It will give them an idea of the type of CD for which you are searching.
Good luck.
