please install yahoo messenger and click of on chat eyecon and chat any bodies

Login on yahoo mail , In yahoo mail you will also get chat option.

you cannot enter yahoo chat on mail and mobile on the same time.
when you are online in mail you automatically logoff from your mobile

All you need to do is to Install yahoo messenger on your pc and it is done.

Try to download the version of Yahoo Messenger you would need and install it on your pc.

If possible you could get it from friends around you who have it already and install it on your Pc.

When you downloaded it did an icon appear on your toolbar? Click on that icon and the chat box should pop up.

You can try to uninstall Yahoo messenger and reinstall it again without any firewall enabled and without any antivirus on.

Sometimes these softwares block the full installation of the package.

Also before starting the new installation watch the task manager if there is still yahoomessenger.exe and if there is end process.

If again there is a problem with Yahoo, try to find the older version 8,0 and install it. Probably it will work without any problems...
