HP Photosmart 2575 printer - ink cartridge problem

HP 98 black cartridge, HP 95 Colored cartridge are the standard ink for Hp 2575.

Remove the cartridges and do a full reset without them in by removing the wall socket and re-plugging.

Ik heb een nieuwe inkt cardrich er in gedaan en krijg nu de melding( raadpleeg de documentatie.
De kleur pakt hij wel, maar als ik de zwarte erbj doe is het fout

open the front cover the cartriges will come in the centre position where you can remove the cartridges check which cartridge is on your right side remove and clean the brown dotted circuit on both the printer and cartridge with the tissue paper .insert it back in the proper position and then check if the same problem then remove and replace the cartride printer will work properly.thanks

i have the same problem. even with a brand new cartridge.
