Tv problem green LED light continues flashing, will not go out even when I push the reset button. Mitsubishi WS-55613 will not turn on. Green light on front blinks continuously. I have pressed the system rest, but light will not stop blinking.

replace the 4 1000mf 16v capacitors on the DM module. it is the board
located in the metal case to the left hand side of the chassis( looking
from back).
