My blackberry i forgot my password to my blackberry 8800. After ten trys my phone was wiped now theres a message comming up on the screen thet says jvm error 513 reset. i pressed reset not result i took the battery out no result this message wont go away i cant geet to my home screen its just this message please help

You Blackberry needs to be restored to factory settings.

To perform a clean installation of the BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.5 and 4.6, perform the following steps:
1) Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer and open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
2) Double-click Application Loader.
3) Click Add/Remove Applications.
4) Type your BlackBerry smartphone password and click OK.
5) Select the check boxes next to the names of the applications you want to load.
6) Click Settings, and then select the check boxes beside Delete all application data and Erase all currently installed applications.
7) Click OK.
8) Click Next > Finish
9) When the process has completed, the message The loading operation was successful will appear. Click Main Menu to return to BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

The only solution I can think of if you have had the 10 attempts and not been successful is to call your network provider - They will be able to give you the unblock code and allow you back into your phone.

i had a similiar incident. I had to have the handset wiped and lost all the info, (unless u have the info backed up)

I have my Blackberry 100 and I have JVM Error 513 reset.
I have the desktop manager and when I plug in my phone to the pc and try to instal the softwere my pc can't find USB.
